PLANNING FEE AGREEMENT

 

This Planning Fee Agreement (“Agreement”) and the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) at https://www.openwindowstravel.com/termsandconditions become effective between: Open Windows Travel (“Agency”) and you (including all travelers on the same booking) (“you” or “Traveler”) upon your signature (electronic or written), or your payment of Planning Fees, until terminated in writing by you or Agency.

All Planning Fees are separate from the cost of your travel. All Planning Fees and travel vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE, whether or not you decide to book travel. This Agreement is separate from your agreements with any travel suppliers, e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and any other suppliers.

CUSTOM TRAVEL PLANNING FEES

 

• Trip planning fees (“Planning Fees”) for customized travel covers our initial consultation, research, development of the proposal, revisions to finalize a customized itinerary, booking, managing all components, and support while traveling.

• Fees are based on the complexity of the trip.

 

FEES FOR CUSTOM TRAVEL PLANNING

 

• We suggest one overall trip proposal.

• Fees start at $150 for full trip planning for Caribbean destinations and $300 for Europe and all other international destinations, up to 14 days for 2 people.

• Thereafter, we will charge additional fees of $_25_per additional day, or $100 per additional destination for multi-destination itineraries

• Proposals for  multiple different destinations will be charged an additional fee of $100 per Destination.

• Last minute booking fees will be subject to additional fees of $100 for trip requests within 30 days of travel—or within 90 days if travel is during a national holiday.

 

 

CONCIERGE SERVICES (Optional)

 

• Our Trip Planning Fees cover the logistics of the trip, and include land arrangements including hotels, trains, transfers, and scheduled activities.

• For our Concierge services, such as restaurant or dining reservations, theater tickets, local tours or shore excursions, suggestions for self-guided activities during your leisure time, scheduling of special events, and other Concierge services, our rates begin at $150 per trip.
