by Open Windows Travel, LLC (the “Owner” or We/Our) We provide services via the Site and
certain associated applications (“Apps”) that inform users about travel, including travel
products offered by airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, resorts, car rental companies
and other travel industry vendors and service providers, (“Suppliers”) that We may sell to
consumers. Our Apps also suggest travel products from Suppliers that may be preferred within
our professional network. Our Site, the Apps, and all other websites, applications, widgets, e-
mail notifications and other mediums through which you have accessed this Agreement (via
desktop, mobile or other application) are collectively referred to as the “Services”. Services also
include co-branded or white labeled versions of any of our websites, Apps, and other products.
Our Site is intended to be accessed and used only by adults and is not directed to minors. We
do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information by anyone under the age of 18, and
you should not provide us with any information regarding an individual under the age of 18.
